Over the recent 11 years the “Offshore Upstream Development in Russia and CIS” conferences have been held in Moscow, at the “Baltchug Kempinski” hotel. In 2014 the event will be held at the "Nikolskaya Kempinski" Hotel (8, Nikolskaya str., Moscow).

There are about 200-220 delegates - top managers and heads of relevant departments – that annually take part in these conferences.

Traditionally, the largest offshore operating companies – Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft – are the regular participants of the event.
